Services
I have limited spots open in my caseload for new clients.
I offer services to individual adults.
50-minute sessions cost $230
80-minute sessions cost $360
I suggest meeting weekly for at least the first 6 months of working together, though many clients enjoy meeting weekly beyond that time.
I offer sessions via Telehealth and in-person. My office is located in Pioneer Square, Seattle. Unfortunately, due to the nature of old buildings in the area, my office is not ADA accessible and stairs are required to access the building.
I do not take insurance, but am happy to offer a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. I also take most HSA and FSA.
Suffering from pre-consultation jitters?
I’ve been there, so I get it. Finding a new therapist is nerve-racking. There is so much pressure to find “the one”. You don’t want to waste your time or money on someone who doesn’t get you. How in the world are you supposed to pick the right stranger to start telling all your deepest thoughts to?

Here’s the idea: we spend the 15-minute phone call talking about what you’re looking for in a therapist. The call itself isn’t therapy, it’s just a chance to meet each other. Before the call, think about what has worked for you before in therapy and what hasn’t. If this is your first time working with a therapist, come prepared with questions you might have!

If your needs will be well served by my expertise, let’s schedule an appointment. This time slot will be yours every week that we work together. If you’re not convinced I’m the right therapist for you, I encourage you to continue shopping around. You can always cancel the appointment if you change your mind or find someone you like more.
If either of us are questioning our fit after a few sessions, I’ll make sure to connect you to someone who will help you thrive.

“it was when i stopped searching for home within others
and lifted the foundations of home within myself
I found there were no roots more intimate
than those between a mind and body
that have decided to be whole”
